Prioritise films about the 2026 World Heritage roças, plantation labour and memory, island biodiversity, cacao production, music and contemporary life in both São Tomé and Príncipe.
For each item, record the filmmaker, publisher, release date, language, runtime and rights or official viewing link. Do not embed a film until its source and reuse terms are clear.
Use local historians, guides, conservation organisations and community voices where possible. Identify archival footage and explain its context rather than letting it stand as a neutral record.
Captions and summaries should be available in English, Czech and Portuguese. Correct subtitles when place names or creole-language terms are mistranscribed.
Readers can send a public film or source recommendation with a short note on why it is useful. Editorial review checks source reliability, rights, relevance and language before inclusion.
Send suggestions to radimkaufmann@gmail.com. A recommendation is not an endorsement, and publication remains subject to rights verification.
