My name is Radim Kaufmann, a passionate traveler with over forty years of experience exploring the world. I've been fortunate enough to visit more than 46 countries across all continents.

My personal favorites? Thailand for perfect sensory overload. Cuba before it changes too much. Israel for history older than Europe. New Zealand for those moments when Earth decides to show off.

I studied Art History and as the founder of the Kaufmann World Travel Factbook, I combine my love for travel with technology — this site covers 272 destinations including practical information, cultural context, and travel tips for every country on Earth.

When not traveling, I work on AI projects and live between Prague and Miami.
