What to watch

Prefer dated material from the collectivity, Préfecture, nature reserve and official tourism committee.

A beautiful drone view should be paired with port, access and neighbourhood context.

Wildlife footage must not normalise chasing turtles, anchoring on reefs or entering closed zones.

Images made before a major storm or reconstruction can be visually obsolete even when still online.

Credit local speakers, fishers, cooks and guides; obtain permission before close filming.

A video is a lead, not proof. Confirm transport, prices, openings and warnings with current official pages.
